Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between 25 AUD and 50 AUD. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email customer service at support@amaya-rose.com to discuss your return, ensuring that you provide us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Order name
  • Order address

Once we provide return instructions, return the items to the address we specify. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

If a return is sent without tracking and goes missing, we are not responsible for it, and you may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Store credit

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@amaya-rose.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
